John O’Neill joined DCU Educational Trust as Finance Manager in December 2019. In this role, John is
responsible for controlling and developing the finance function of the Trust in accordance with
legislative requirements and organisational policies and strategies.
A qualified accountant, John has over 20 years’ experience across a number of sectors. Prior to
joining the Trust, John enjoyed a successful career with Conpress International Finance where he
headed up the finance function for the Europe and Asia regions between 2005 and 2015. He has
subsequently worked in senior roles within the telecoms and the not-for-profit sectors.
